Cold brew lovers know there’s a difference between a true cold brew and a standard brew served cold. With the Z10, you can enjoy the chocolate notes and fruity aromas of a real cold brewed coffee; not a chilled hot-brewed coffee. The Z10’s Cold Extraction Process ensures that cold brew specialties are prepared with cold water, pulsed at high pressure and use a more coarsely ground coffee. The result? A smooth and refreshing, coffee shop style cold brew that brings out the natural, mellow flavours of the coffee without the bitterness and acidity of a chilled, hot-brewed coffee.
The optimum grind for every specialty
Developed by JURA engineers, the Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.) adjusts in a fraction of a second to the predefined consistency of grind – much more quickly and frequently than could be done manually. Its spectrum ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for long specialties. But coffee lovers don’t need to worry, because the adjustment takes place automatically every time a beverage is prepared and, if preferred, can also be individually selected before each preparation with the Aroma Selection feature.
