The Einhell Professional 5″ (127 mm) cordless random orbital sander 4462021 (TP-RS 18/32 Li BL ) is a sanding tool you can depend on for intensive use in the workshop. The orbital oscillation ensures the smoothest finish with high sanding performance and high material removal rates. The power can be matched to the material and job at hand by means of electronic speed control. As a member of the Power X-Change family, the cordless sander can be used with any battery and charger from across the system. At the heart of the tool is a Einhell PurePOWER brushless motor. This brushless motor offers more power and a longer running time than conventional carbon brush motors. Once you register online, the brushless motor has a 10-year warranty. The low-profile design of the random orbital sander ensures optimal handling, thanks to which the tool can be held close to the workpiece. For optimal control over the tool, the ergonomically shaped sander has softgrip surfaces and a removable auxiliary handle. The Ø 5″ (127 mm) sanding disc of the cordless random orbital sander oscillates in a 1/8″ (3.2 mm) diameter circle. The sanding disc attaches securely to the sanding plate by means of a micro hook-and-loop system, and is easy to change. For professional use without mess, the sander has an internal dust extraction system with dust collector box and removable pleated filter. Alternatively, an external dust extraction system can also be attached to the adaptor to connect a wet/dry vacuum. The on/off switch is dust-proof. Comes with 3 sanding discs (60, 80 and 120 Grit). For optimum results, the use of a 2.0 Ah or 2.5 Ah Einhell rechargeable battery (or higher) is recommended. Battery and charger sold separately.
