The Einhell Cordless Auger GP-EA 18/150 Li BL-Solo supports home and allotment gardeners as an impressive helper when planting up your garden and also when carrying out other gardening tasks, such as placing fence posts, installing decorations in the ground or even digging circular foundations. The cordless device is supplied with an auger attachment (31-1/2″ length / 6″ diameter). The cordless auger is a member of Einhell’s Power X-Change family, the batteries with high-quality Lithium-Ion battery cells can be combined with all system devices in the series. Battery and charger are not included. These are available separately. A PXC 18 V battery is required to operate the auger. The brushless motor drives the thread into the ground and transfers the power to the auger. Therefore, it has a longer running time than conventional carbon brush motors. The cordless device is also equipped with a robust aluminium gearbox housing. The auger is adjustable to three different modes: 1) Anti-clockwise to release the drill 2) Clockwise in ECO power mode. Regular power setting for light drilling tasks in soft ground & 3) Clockwise in HIGH power mode. Maximum power setting for hard surfaces. The sturdy metal frame offers maximum stability and torsional stiffness, while the double handle with softgrip ensures practical handling for ergonomic work.
