I ordered some power tools (excellent price). The online shopping experience was excellent. I had some questions and called them on two occasions. No waiting on hold – I was quickly transferred to appropriate person and my query was answered. If I’d live closer, this would be my go to hardware store but I’m definitely going to check them out for my next online purchase.
