Do you provide bulk discounts? |
| Preston Hardware offers bulk discounts on case quantities. Further savings are available when purchasing in skid quantities. |
Do you accept RFPs? |
| Your RFP is our RFQ (Request for Quote). Yes, Preston Hardware will provide you with a quote on everything from cleaning supplies to power tools. |
I am bidding on a job and need material pricing. Do you do this? |
| Yes. Fax or email us the material prices you need and we will respond promptly with the information. |
Do you have wholesale rates? |
| We offer a unique savings incentive program to our contractor clients. Our Contractor Discount starts at 10% savings on regular-priced items. As a contractor’s buying power increases, so will their savings, with discounts of 15 or 20% available. Beyond that, we have Special Pricing accounts for contractors with large accounts doing regular business with Preston Hardware. |

How much does the freight or delivery cost? |
| We offer free shipping within the Ottawa capital region. A minimal charge applies for deliveries outside this area. Please call in advance. |
How long does it take to get an order? What is the typical lead time? |
| Order-filling and lead times may vary depending upon the size of the order as well as seasonal changes in backlog of stock. Lead times should be discussed with our sales staff when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Our lead times are typically 24 to 48 hours. We ask that you place your order by 3 p.m. for next day delivery. |
Do you deliver to job sites? |
| We offer free delivery within the Ottawa area … from Kanata to Orleans and Gatineau to Manotick. |
