What is Preston Hardware’s refund policy? |
| Preston Hardware will refund the money for any product, provided the customer is able to produce a receipt or proof of purchase. |
What is Preston Hardware’s raincheck policy? |
| For advertised specials that are no longer in stock, Preston Hardware asks that the customer pay 50% up front and the remaining 50% upon picking up the product when it arrives. |
Do you ship C.O.D.? |
| We provide free shipping within the Ottawa region (east-west from Kanata to Orleans and north-south from Gatineau to Manotick). There is a minimal charge for delivery outside this area. Payment is by cash or cheque. |
